- Do I need to book?
- No, walk-ins are welcome whenever a lane is free. Booking online holds one for you.
- How many people fit on a lane?
- Up to six. Bigger crowd? Book a second lane.
- Can you open for a big group or a school?
- Yes. We open outside regular hours for large groups and schools. Give us a call to set it up.
- Do you rent shoes?
- Yes. Adults $4.42, kids $3.54, plus HST. The Thursday and Sunday deals include shoes.
- How does paying online work?
- You pay the full amount when you book, plus a 3% online booking fee. To cancel, call us at least 24 hours ahead. We refund everything except that fee to the card you paid with, within 5 business days. The 3% is non-refundable, and within 24 hours bookings can’t be refunded. Walk-ins pay at the counter with no booking fee.
- Can I book a deal online?
- No. Deals are walk-in only. Online bookings are charged the regular lane rate.
- Do the deals work on holidays?
- Walk-in only, not available on online bookings. Not valid on stat holidays, Christmas Break, March Break, Family Day or Easter Monday. Subject to lane availability.
